ये शर्तें शुभदिन ऐप के इस्तेमाल पर लागू होती हैं, जिसे Quicko Studio ने बनाया है। ऐप इंस्टॉल या इस्तेमाल करके आप इन शर्तों को मानते हैं। अगर आप सहमत नहीं हैं, तो कृपया ऐप का इस्तेमाल न करें।
एक नज़र में
- शुभदिन खगोल गणित और पुराने पंचांग के नियमों से गिनती करता है। यह भविष्य नहीं बताता।
- मुहूर्त, चौघड़िया, राशिफल, कुंडली और मिलान पारंपरिक नियम हैं। विवाह, गृह प्रवेश या किसी बड़े फ़ैसले से पहले अपने पंडित जी से ज़रूर पूछें।
- परंपराओं में फ़र्क़ होता है, इसलिए कोई तारीख़ दूसरे पंचांग से अलग हो सकती है। ऐप ख़ुद बताता है कि उसने क्या नहीं देखा।
- ऐप मुफ़्त है और इसमें विज्ञापन हैं। ऐप से लिए गए फ़ैसले आपके अपने हैं।
1. शुभदिन क्या है
शुभदिन एक पंचांग ऐप है। तिथि, नक्षत्र, योग, करण, सूर्योदय, चौघड़िया, राहु काल, व्रत-त्योहार, मुहूर्त, कुंडली, कुंडली मिलान और राशिफल — सब आपके फ़ोन में ही गिना जाता है। कोई सर्वर या अकाउंट नहीं है।
2. यह भविष्यवाणी या सलाह नहीं है
ऐप पुराने पंचांग और ज्योतिष के नियम लगाकर बताता है कि वे नियम क्या कहते हैं। यह किसी घटना की भविष्यवाणी नहीं करता। ऐप की कोई भी बात डॉक्टरी, पैसे, क़ानूनी या शादी से जुड़ी सलाह नहीं है।
3. सटीकता और परंपराएँ
गणना प्रकाशित खगोल विधियों से होती है और छपे हुए पंचांगों से मिलाकर जाँची जाती है, फिर भी हर नतीजे के बिल्कुल सही होने की गारंटी नहीं दी जा सकती। पूर्णिमांत या अमांत महीने, एकादशी की स्मार्त या वैष्णव परंपरा — ऐसे फ़र्क़ों से कोई तारीख़ या गुण दूसरे स्रोत से अलग आ सकता है, और ऐप बताता है कि वह कौन-सा नियम मानता है। नतीजे आपकी चुनी हुई जगह और फ़ोन की सही तारीख़, समय और टाइम-ज़ोन पर निर्भर हैं। जो तारीख़ ज़रूरी हो, उसे अपने पंडित जी या भरोसेमंद छपे पंचांग से ज़रूर मिला लें।
4. आपकी ज़िम्मेदारी
ऐप से लिए गए फ़ैसले आपके अपने हैं। दूसरों की जन्म-जानकारी उनकी सहमति से ही डालें। ऐप के नतीजे (जैसे शेयर कार्ड) अपनों को भेजने के लिए ही बने हैं; ऐप या उसकी सामग्री को बेचना या अपने नाम से बाँटना मना है।
5. रिमाइंडर और विजेट
रिमाइंडर और विजेट Android के ज़रिए चलते हैं। कुछ फ़ोन बैटरी बचाने के लिए इन्हें देर से दिखाते हैं या रोक देते हैं, इसलिए इनके समय पर पहुँचने की गारंटी नहीं है। एकादशी पारण जैसे समय वाले काम के लिए सिर्फ़ रिमाइंडर पर निर्भर न रहें।
6. विज्ञापन
ऐप मुफ़्त है और Google AdMob के विज्ञापन दिखाता है। विज्ञापन दूसरी कंपनियों के होते हैं; हम उनकी चीज़ों या सेवाओं की ज़िम्मेदारी नहीं लेते।
7. ज़िम्मेदारी की सीमा
ऐप "जैसा है" वैसा दिया जाता है। क़ानून जितनी छूट देता है, उस हद तक Quicko Studio ऐप के इस्तेमाल या उससे चुनी गई किसी तारीख़ या समय से हुए किसी नुक़सान के लिए ज़िम्मेदार नहीं है।
8. उम्र
ऐप इस्तेमाल करने के लिए आपकी उम्र कम से कम 13 साल होनी चाहिए। 18 साल से कम हैं तो माता-पिता या अभिभावक की अनुमति से इस्तेमाल करें।
9. बदलाव और क़ानून
ये शर्तें बदल सकती हैं; बदलने पर ऊपर की तारीख़ बदलेगी। इन पर भारत का क़ानून लागू होता है। हिन्दी और अंग्रेज़ी में कोई फ़र्क़ हो, तो अंग्रेज़ी वाली शर्तें मानी जाएँगी।

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Shubhdin mobile application (the "App"), published by Quicko Studio ("we", "our", or "us"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.
TL;DR
- The App calculates the panchang from astronomy and traditional rules. It does not predict the future.
- Muhurat, Choghadiya, rashifal, kundali and matching results are traditional rules applied by software. For a wedding, a griha pravesh or any major decision, confirm with your pandit.
- Traditions differ, so a date can legitimately differ from another panchang. The App tells you what it did not check.
- The App is free and shows ads. It is provided "as is", and the decisions you make with it are yours.
1. What Shubhdin Is
Shubhdin is a panchang app. It computes tithi, nakshatra, yoga, karana, sunrise and sunset, Choghadiya, Rahu Kal, vrats and festivals, muhurat dates, a birth chart, Kundli Milan, a daily rashifal and baby-name syllables — all on your device, from published astronomical methods. There is no server and no account.
2. Not a Prediction, and Not Advice
The App applies traditional panchang and jyotish rules and tells you what those rules say. It does not predict events. The rashifal shows the classical result of the Moon's transit counted from your rashi, not a forecast; the gemstone section describes a convention and recommends nothing. Nothing in the App is medical, financial, legal or marital advice.
3. Accuracy and Traditions
We compute positions from published astronomical methods and check the results against published panchangs, but we cannot guarantee that every output is free of error.
Traditions differ on conventions — Purnimanta or Amanta months, the Smarta or Vaishnava Ekadashi, whether Navpancham counts in Bhakoot, and others — so a date or a score can legitimately differ from another source. The App states the convention it uses, lets you choose where the choice is common, and lists what it did not check. Please read those notes.
Results also depend on the place you choose and on your device's date, time and time zone being correct. For any date that matters — a wedding, a vrat, a griha pravesh — confirm it with your family pandit or a printed panchang you trust.
4. Your Responsibilities
The decisions you make using the App are yours. Enter another person's birth details only with their agreement. Results are meant to be shared with family — the App makes share cards for exactly that — but you may not sell, republish or redistribute the App or its content as your own.
5. Reminders and the Widget
Reminders and the widget are delivered by Android. Battery optimisation on some phones delays or blocks them, so we cannot guarantee that a reminder arrives on time. Do not rely on a reminder alone for a time-bound observance such as Ekadashi parana.
6. Advertising and Future Features
The App is free and shows ads through Google AdMob. Ads are provided by third parties; we do not control or endorse what they advertise, and any dealing with an advertiser is between you and them. If optional paid features are ever added, their price and terms will be shown before you pay, and these Terms will be updated.
7. Intellectual Property
The App's code, design, icons and original text belong to Quicko Studio. The panchang, the festivals and the classical texts the App draws on belong to the tradition, and we claim no ownership of them.
8. Termination
You can stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it; there is no account to close. We may change or discontinue the App, or any feature of it, at any time.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quicko Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from a decision made using the App, including the choice of a date or time. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid us for the App, if any. Nothing in these Terms excludes a liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.
11. Age
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, use it with the permission of a parent or guardian.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. When we do, the date at the top changes; continuing to use the App after that means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. If the Hindi and English versions differ, the English version applies.
